New Online Rent Payment Service
In our quest for making life simpler, and because we've had problems with the mails (including some renters actually having to stop payment on checks lost in the mail) we've signed up for a company that will allow our tenants to pay rent online! After examining several companies that offer this kind of service we settled on one based in Denver.
The company is called eRentPayment.com.
After setting up a free account tenants can start paying their rent with just a couple of clicks---or, if they so choose, pay rent automatically every month with no clicks, no stamps, no check-writing or paperwork.
Of course if they just love writing checks and licking stamps they’re welcome to continue doing so. But we would like to strongly encourage everyone to give this program a try. We think they’ll like it.
RENTERS NOTE:
In order to complete your account when you sign up you'll need the "Renter Code" for your particular unit which we can give you. Simply contact us.
Also, please note that to the left of this window there is a new Pay Rent Online button here on this website which you can use every month if you so choose.
